Goodbye Ruby Tuesday ...

Thanks to the Rolling Stones for the lyrics and the wonderful music.

She would never say where she came from
Yesterday don't matter if it's gone
While the sun is bright
Or in the darkest night
No one knows
She comes and goes

Goodbye, ruby tuesday
Who could hang a name on you?
When you change with every new day
Still I'm gonna miss you...

Don't question why she needs to be so free
She'll tell you it's the only way to be
She just can't be chained
To a life where nothing's gained
And nothing's lost
At such a cost

There's no time to lose, I heard her say
Catch your dreams before they slip away
Dying all the time
Lose your dreams
And you will lose your mind
Ain't life unkind?

Goodbye, ruby tuesday
Who could hang a name on you?
When you change with every new day
Still I'm gonna miss you...

The pictures are all taken this summer when we were on holliday in the Provence,
in the South of France. Cats in the Provence are extremely photogenic ...
The first cat is Chatoûn, which means little cat.
One day, about three years ago, she arrived at the house
and decided that she wanted to live there.
She more or less adopted herself, and they never knew where she came from ...

The one by the blue window did not feel like posing at all.
The one on top of the stairs lives in Goult.
She picked the finest restaurant of the village, and decided to live there.
French cats like to have their own ways.
I think I want to be a (French?) cat in my next life!
